YMHA Mentorship Curriculum

After attending the YMHA, mentors will have a fundamental understanding of how our environment and brains influence our mental health. They will gain access to helpful tools and resources, be part of a growing mentoring network and be introduced to a mentor council for additional support. As the 2023-2024 year continues, mentors will work remotely with mentee pods each month.
